If you have an enchanter in your group, then that's the only time the disenchant option will be available.

All players who choose the enchanting profession have the ability to disenchant magical items and at the same time if you have an enchanter in your group, you are also allowed to disenchant items. If you belongs to a group then someone loots something unique, rare or magical, there's a box that opens and basically asks you what to do with the item. Just select "Need" if you want the item. The "Disenchant" icon lit up if you have an enchanter in the group. But if you doesn't have any interest with the item, you should always choose to disenchant even if the "Disenchant" icon is lit up.
